October 19, 2023—On Wednesday, October 25, the Transition from School to Community Committee is hosting an information session for students with an intellectual disability/autism spectrum disorder, families, and caregivers about resources and opportunities available to support the transition from school to the community, world, work, or post-secondary learning.
