As part of ongoing efforts to provide optimal learning environments for students, the Board of Trustees has made decisions for the Bayside-Trenton and Harmony-Foxboro boundary reviews. These decisions are significant steps in utilizing school board physical resources (schools) as efficiently and effectively as possible.

We understand that change, especially one that affects where children and youth go to school, can bring about a mix of emotions. It's natural to wonder how this might impact your child's education journey and your family’s daily routines. Please know that our staff is fully committed to supporting you through any transition that may affect your child.

To guide us through the next phases, senior staff are now working to determine the most effective and smooth transition plan. Our goal is to make this process as seamless as possible for everyone involved.

We recognize that you may have many questions and concerns regarding these changes. To ensure you have access to all the necessary information, we encourage you to review the Boundary Review Ad Hoc Committee Recommendation report where you will find details about the boundary review process, including the factors that guided the decisions.

We believe that transparency is key in navigating this transition together. We commit to providing information and updates as they become available. Please note that we are working with Tri-Board Student Transportation Services on transportation-related details.

Your feedback is important. Along with this email, we've included a link to a feedback form. This is an opportunity for you to share any questions or concerns you may have related to this transition. Your input will help us address any issues and ensure that we're considering the needs of all our families as we plan for the future.
