Good luck to the 28 HPE students who will be competing at Skills Ontario in Toronto May 5-6, 2025 at the Toronto Congress Centre. Students will be competing in many different categories in the skilled trades including:
- 2D Character Animation
- 3D Character Animation
- Aesthetics
- Auto Service Technology
- Baking
- Carpentry
- Electrical Installations
- Fashion Design
- Graphic Design - Presentation
- Home Building
- Outdoor Powered Equipment
- Photography
- Precision Machining
- TV & Video Production
- Welding
- Workplace Safety
Some students will also have the opportunity to participate in activities such as the Young Women's Conference and the First Nations, Métis and Inuit Student Conference.
Congratulations on advancing to the provincial level–we know that you will represent HPE well. Skills Ontario winners will be recognized at the closing ceremony on May 7, 2025.
