Schools and the Education Centre have now changed to the summer schedule.
Elementary schools are closed from June 30 to August 22, 2025. Email, telephone messages and new student registrations will be responded to at the end of August.
Secondary, K-12 and 7-12 schools are closed from July 14 to August 22, 2025. Email, telephone messages and new student registrations will be responded to in late August.
Quinte Adult Education (QAE) is open Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM throughout the summer. New registrations are closed from August 1, 2025 to September 1, 2025.
• Requests for transcripts should be directed to Quinte Adult Education ([email protected]) during the summer.
• Requests for student records will be responded to when schools re-open at the end of August because the records are stored at schools.
Education Centre
- Operates on reduced hours, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, from July 7 to August 22, 2025.
- Closed to the public on Fridays, beginning Friday, July 11 through to Friday, August 22, inclusive.
- Closed to the public during a 2-week shut-down period beginning Monday, July 28 through to Friday, August 8, inclusive. Re-open to the public on Monday, August 11, 2025.

We will do our best to assist, although if your question is specific to a school, it may need to wait until schools re-open in late August.
