Prince Edward County, The County of Lennox and Addington and Hastings County invite families to complete an online survey about programs and services within Ontario Early Years Child and Family Centres in 2018. The survey gathers opinions on programs for families and their children aged 0-6 years old.
The information collected will provide an opportunity to ensure that new centres continue to meet the needs of families and children.
The survey takes 10 minutes to complete and is confidential.
