Moira Secondary School is hosting How to Raise Confident and Motivated Kids, a 2-hour workshop with guest speaker Monique Howat.

During this interactive and entertaining workshop, participants will learn how to get back on-track. Explore new and innovative methods to raise confident and motivated kids, such as how to improve their self-esteem. By the end of this workshop, participants will feel empowered and rejuvenated as parents/guardians. You will be glad you attended and your children will thank you for it.
Background on the presenter, Monique Howat
Monique Howat is a youth motivator and the founder of CONFIDENT Girls and Guys. The premise of her work is to encourage children and teens to focus on what they have going for them instead of what they don’t. Howat has authored many articles internationally and a book on how to raise confident and motivated kids in just minutes a day. She motivates audiences on Midday-TV as a third-year regular and she has made appearances on popular shows such as Canada AM.
