College Street PS students enjoyed a festive lunch hosted by staff, special guests

Students at College Street Public School were made to feel very special this week. On Tuesday, December 18, they were treated to a festive lunch, complete with turkey, dressing and all the trimmings.
One special guest, Director of Education Rob McGall, was on hand to serve the scrumptious meal as students made their way through the buffet line.

“It was a wonderful sight to see the entire school sitting together to appreciate the magic of this time of the year,” remarked Principal Lisa Vincent.
Vincent expressed a warm thank you to the staff at College Street Public School who graciously cooked all the turkeys, ham, potatoes and dressing. She expressed appreciation, as well, to the guest servers and helpers, and to the senior students for their hard work.
A special thank you to Nestles for donating ice cream, and to Price Chopper for their contributions.
This event is another great example of the community, culture, and caring focus at College Street Public School. Way to go, Sabres!
