TIME: 12:30 to 3:00 p.m.

The Primary and Junior Adventure Class students have worked with local artist, Kristen Morrison, to produce paintings on canvas. Their creations will be on sale for $15, with the proceeds going back to the class. In addition to producing a piece of art for sale, each child will have a job at the art show, such as selling/taking tickets, helping with set-up or clearing tables. The students have also designed the tickets.
Queen Victoria School (QVS), the oldest operating school in Belleville, located on the east side of the Moira River, serves approximately 300 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6.
QVS is a Healthy Active School Community. Facilities include a library resource centre with computer lab and a well-equipped resource room. The shaded, spacious playground has many facilities and equipment for all ages. The school works to promote home and school partnerships with parental involvement in the breakfast club, family activity nights, Kindergarten Welcome Bag program, class and school newsletters and book fairs. Learning celebrations include Science Week, the annual musical and the Belleville Bulls Role Model Program. The school is also home to the Adventure Class programs.
