Your Record of Employment will be filed electronically by the Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board, you will not receive a paper copy.
If you would like a copy of your ROE, you should visit the My Service Canada Account page on the Service Canada Web site:

| Are you a Casual Employee or Occasional Teacher? |

If you are paid by timesheet on the Casual Employee or Occasional Teacher payrolls, you must request that a Record of Employment be issued at the end of the school year if you intend to file for benefits.
To request that a Record of Employment be issued, contact Natasha Reid by email at nreid@hpedsb.on.ca in June each year.
