Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board 21st Century Leadership Development Strategy Steering Committee
Each school district is responsible for annually developing a Board Leadership Development Strategy (BLDS) to foster the development of leaders of the highest quality and strengthen the connectivity between leadership development initiatives that support student achievement. This committee composed of leaders at the system and school levels, both academic and support staff employees, meets approximately 6 times a year to establish and implement goals to promote professional growth in every role through effective mentoring, professional learning, performance appraisal and succession planning, in alignment with Growing with Character. |
