- Where multiple rooms are booked, the hourly rate, if applicable, is applied once to the room with the highest rate.
- Additional custodians, stage crew, technicians, etc. may be required and the cost will be in addition to the rate schedule and added to the invoice.
- Hourly charges for facility use, if applicable, will commence when the group enters the facility and will continue until the group has vacated the facility or the time indicated on the permit, whichever is longer.
- If security guards or fire marshals are required, they will be recruited and paid directly by the permit holder.
- Permits for use of grounds do not include school change or washroom facilities.
- A custodian is required to be on site for all permit activities within buildings.
- Permits that extend beyond 11:00 P.M. will be charged at the weekend and holiday rate.

Processing fees /additional charges:
- A minimum, non-refundable processing fee will be charged for all permits as follows:
- $5.00 application fee for all permits

an online processing fee for all credit card payments for school rentals. The processing fee will vary depending on the total invoice amount.
- Permit holders may be charged additional fees if it is necessary to employ district staff or provide equipment for special needs arising from the activity. This could include additional custodial time required to ensure that the building is suitable for use by the school following the group’s activity.
- Permit holders will be invoiced for use of the facility if 24 hours notice of cancellation is not provided.
