After dinner interactive activities will include the following:
• How to make healthy lunches.
• Ideas for healthy meal planning using high-nutritional and low-cost ingredients.
• Ways to get involved in low-cost activities for healthy, active living.
This event is sponsored by the Elementary Teachers’ Association of Ontario, the Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board, and the Ministry of Education.
