Prince Charles School (Belleville) hosts a Family Literacy Night

21 November 2007, Belleville, ON—Prince Charles School in Belleville is getting set to host a Family Literacy Night for students and their families on Thursday, November 22. These special guests will participate in a series of stations designed to enhance their understanding of important literacy concepts and strategies being used at the school. The stations will feature instruction in the following:

Choosing a “just-right” book
Decoding tricky words
Reading with your child
Family friendly Web sites
Daily physical activity related to literacy

This event is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Children and their families are sure to enjoy a rich literacy learning experience together!
