Moira Secondary students excel in math, music, science and academics

30 April 2007, Belleville, Ontario—Moira Secondary School students have achieved recent success in math, music, science and academics:

Students who participated in the Canadian Mathematics Competition and Canadian Math League took top honours, finishing number one of all schools in Hastings and Prince Edward counties.
An MSS International Baccalaureate student has been offered $88,000 over four years to attend Quest University Canada in BC!
Students participating in the Rotary Music Festival won two gold certificates and marks of 85 for the Jazz and Concert Bands.
MSS students took top honours at the Quinte Regional Science and Technology Fair, and are heading to Truro, Nova Scotia in mid-May for the Canada Wide Science Fair.
