New pink/black jerseys for girls’ rugby at Prince Edward CI

rugby teamGirls on the rugby team at Prince Edward Collegiate Institute are sporting new jerseys, pink and black checkered, to be exact.

The school received a donation of 50 jerseys, courtesy of Geo-Dynamics and owners Barry and Nancy Kowacz.

"We are thrilled with the new jerseys. They are a tremendous boost for a small rugby program like ours," said Teacher and one of the coaches Kelly MacKay.

Prince Edward Collegiate Institute (PECI) is a community high school located in Picton, Ontario serving over 800 students from across Prince Edward County. With a strong academic program, a wide variety of athletic and extra-curricular activities, and excellent facilities, PECI continues a more than 50-year tradition of preparing students for success in the world.
