Minister of Education to visit two schools on first day of school

Besides the usual first day of school excitement, Tuesday, September 6, 2011 will be memorable for students at two schools. Minister of Education Leona Dombrowsky will visit Hillcrest School and Prince Charles School (Belleville).

Itinerary
11:20 a.m.

Minister Dombrowsky arrives at Prince Charles School, 75 Ritchie Avenue, Belleville.

Tours the newly-renovated school with Principal Martin Smit and students. Poses for photographs with students.

Minister departs at approximately 12:40 p.m.

3:20 p.m.

Minister Dombrowsky arrives at Hillcrest School, 88 West Street, Belleville.

Greets students as they are dismissed and speaks with students, parent/guardians about the first day at school. Hosted by Principal Cassandra Windsor.
