Ron Morrish has been an educator and behavior specialist since 1972. He was a teacher with the District School Board of Niagara in St. Catharines, Ontario for 26 years. In addition to presenting at conferences, Morrish provides professional development programs for teachers, and speaks to parent groups and child care providers, internationally. Morrish has written three books about child discipline: Secrets of Discipline, which presents 12 strategies for raising responsible children without deal-making, arguments, and confrontations; With All Due Respect, which focuses on elements for improving teacher personal discipline skills and building effective school discipline as a team; and Flip Tips, a mini-book of discipline tips and helpful hints.

In 2007 Morrish presented to all district employees. Since that presentation, his ideas and strategies have been applied across the district and he has been invited to several schools, many which use his book With All Due Respect, as a basis for creating positive and respectful school communities.

If you wish to attend, please call the school at 613.392.4524 no later than Tuesday, December 1, 2009 to reserve your space.
